What Materials Do We Use?
We only use real 14-18k yellow gold, 925 sterling silver and genuine white/black rhodium. Solid gold, 925 sterling silver and 316L stainless steel products are also available. All of our products are thoroughly tested before, during and after production for quality and durability.
Can I Change My Order?
We are unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘order now’ button, this includes this following:
1. Changing the item or size
2. Delivery/billing address
3. Adding items to your order
4. Shipping method
*IF YOU INPUT THE INCORRECT ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, WE CAN NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE IF THE ORDER GOES MISSING. WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO REFUND/REPLACE THIS ORDER.
How Do I Track My Order?
You can our parcel tracker on the website and check the fulfillment status of your recent order.
You’ll also be receiving a shipping confirmation as soon as your order has been fulfilled. You will then be able to track your order through the track link on the email. If you haven’t received an email yet, don’t worry! Your order will usually take around 24-48 hours to be dispatched.
Returns Policy
You can return your item by contacting our support team info@drippely.com within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. Please note, all items must be in the original packaged condition in order for us to accept your return. If your order is returned to us without all of the original packaging, your exchange or refund will not be processed.
