Do you ship worldwide? We deliver worldwide. If you are experiencing an issue when inputting your address at checkout, please contact our support team who will be able to assist you.
What materials do you use? We use real 18k Yellow Gold & Rhodium/Palladium Plating on all of our jewellery. Our base metals include 925 Sterling Silver, 316L Surgical Grade Stainless Steel and Brass.
What makes your quality different? All of our products are finished using the highest quality of plating available. This process allows our jewellery to last longer than any typical gold plating you may be used to. All of our jewellery is put through rigorous testing before, during and after production to ensure the highest level of quality and durability.
Does your jewelry turn skin green? We use premium 316/925/Solid Gold for all of our jewelry, which does not cause harm to skin under any conditions. Green skin or tarnishing are caused by jewellery that are made from cheap materials or cheap allows.
Is your jewelry waterproof? Drippely jewelry is 100% Waterproof. This means that you can hop in showers, baths, pools,sea or even have a workout while wearing it without having to worry about tarnishing or fading.
How long does it make to manufacture a Custom text product? Custom text products usually take 2-3 weeks to manufacture.

Where do you ship from? We ship from a 3rd party warehouse in the USA.
What are the shipping costs? We offer Free Worldwide shipping for any orders above 100$.
Can I return my order and get a refund? You may return any item in its original state within the 30 first days along with all original packaging and receive and exchange or a full refund. For steps on how to return or exchange, please email support@drippely.com
Returns Policy
All items must be in the original packaged condition in order for us to accept your return. If your order is returned to us without all of the original packaging, your exchange or refund will not be processed.
Additionally, earrings and anklets cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
